Many people think that just because you have no religious affiliation that you also have no morals. Morals are what you think is right and what you consider to be wrong. Just because I am an atheist does this make me less of a person than that of a catholic or christian? Does this make me and all of the other atheist in the world bad people? What if I said that the people that devote themselves to god are bad people? Now I would consider that wrong, that's against my morals. Most of us believe in the same wrong and rights as religious people, we also believe to steal is wrong, to rape is wrong, to kill is wrong. Why would we not have morals. When ignorant people say atheist have no morals it just goes to show being religious does not automatically make you a good person.
